The exercises are organized into eight distinct categories: Analytical Exercises, Situational Exercises, Games Start, Themed Games, Ball Possession, Athletic, Position & Tactical Drills. These categories serve specific educational purposes:

• Analytical Exercises: These are designed to simulate real match situations but with intentional tactical and technical adjustments, devoid of opponents.
• Games Start Exercises: Tailored for younger players in soccer schools, these exercises facilitate the understanding of fundamental techniques and individual tactics while promoting coordination skills. They are also suitable for adults as warm-up routines.
• Situational Exercises: Closer to actual match environments, these require at least one player and an opponent, engaging individuals in realistic gameplay scenarios.
• Themed Games: Structured matches with specific rules aimed at reinforcing technical and tactical understanding along with strategic in-game thinking—appropriate for both children and adults.
